Conditions of Use

Onesexshop does not guarantee the purchase products currently offered, by obvious reasons. No changes or refunds on the following items: vibrators, dildos, chinese balls. Onesexshop ensures that all products used properly do not have any kind of damage for our consumers. However, you have a period of 3 working days after receiving your order to confirm that your product works perfectly, so you can claim to change your product by another one. We will not refund the purchase amount, but we will change your item for another one of the same price or another one you pick, the customer will pay the difference. If your product presents any failure, Onesexshop will asume the shipping costs to proceed with the return and send you another unit. If by mistake, you got a product that was not the product you purchased, you must immediately inform Onesexshop to proceed with the return, with no costs to you. If Onesexshop notices that a customer has received a product that he or she did not purchased and it was not properly notified, we will proceed to claim for the payment and the customer will asume the difference of the price if there is any.
